Examining and Refining Portfolio Director and Officers Coverage

An effective sponsor professional liability program requires that portfolio D&O programs are written and coordinated properly. There are many sub-standard policies in force that are renewed, although they do not offer the protection that sponsor directors need in this litigious environment.
