• Race horse owner’s liability designed for race horse owners who are not directly involved in breeding, training, or racing, but hire independent contractors. This specifically applies to owners who have no "hands-on" involvement, but whose trainers and farm employees handle all aspects of the horses' care.
• Commercial equine liability policy designed for trainers, breeders, and professionals who handle the day-to-day care of horses. This includes trainers at the track or trainers who ride and give lessons to show horses and other riders. This coverage is also available to independent trainers working out of a third party's barn who may not otherwise have coverage.
• Care custody and control coverage designed to protect the farm or professional who is responsible for the daily care of a horse or horses, and affording professional coverage for any liability arising from gross negligence.
• Tack floaters afford coverage to the horse owner for loss or theft of tack (saddles, bridles, and other horse-related equipment).
