Ken Giambagno is the global practice leader for Marsh Risk Consulting’s Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Practice. The FAS Practice provides expert assistance in the quantification and measurement of damages, economic claims, and losses that can help clients achieve a superior recovery and/or minimize losses resulting from catastrophic events, litigation, or disputes.

Ken’s responsibilities include supervising a multi-disciplinary team of over 200 experts worldwide engaged in various types of forensic accounting and consulting matters for a wide range of industries. The engagements include the measurement of economic damages related to complex insurance claims, fidelity/crime losses, construction claims, product recalls, and environmental matters, as well as fraud examinations, insurance valuations, and litigation support.

Experience
Ken joined Marsh Risk Consulting in 2001 to establish the FAS Practice. Ken continues to focus his practice in providing forensic accounting services in the measurement of damages and financial investigations on both a national and international level, which also involves deposition and expert witness testimony. Ken and his team have been engaged to handle some of the largest and most complex claims, damage evaluations, and business disputes such as those resulting from the Japan earthquake and tsunami, the World Trade Center disaster, and Hurricane Katrina.

Since 1982, Ken has concentrated his consulting activities in forensic accounting. He has participated in the review and measurement of numerous damage claims and financial investigations where accounting expertise applies.
