Current Responsibilities
Veronique Grenon is a senior vice president in Marsh Risk Consulting’s Marsh Business Analytics (MBA) Practice based in San Francisco, reporting to Ben Fidlow, MBA Practice leader. She develops and executes integrated analytics for all Marsh clients. Veronique’s expertise includes actuarial consulting, optimization of risk portfolios, financial analysis, product design, and innovative problem solving.
Experience
Veronique has been a certified actuary since 2006 and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society. Prior to joining Marsh in 2011, Veronique was the outwards reinsurance manager for an insurance company in London. Her responsibilities included the management, planning, structuring, pricing, and purchasing of all ceded reinsurances.
From 2005 to 2010, Veronique was involved in the start-up of a (re)insurance company based in Switzerland. Her responsibilities included pricing and underwriting of some specialty classes (aviation, space, marine, war & terror). In 2008, she moved into the ceded re role.
Veronique began her career in London and Canada, working as an actuarial analyst for both brokerage and actuarial consulting firms.
