A $5,000,000,000 service company specializing in services ranging from uniform dry cleaning to food and beverage sales was extremely concerned with past and future environmental liabilities from its service operations. The company was operating as a highly decentralized, worldwide company with over 6,000 locations.
Marsh was engaged to provide a comprehensive environmental solution that would satisfy the high external and internal standards required for such a placement. In the end, Marsh structured a three-year program covering all 6,000 locations with premiums in excess of $1.3 million. In addition, blanket acquisition and divestiture coverage was also placed.
