On Thursday, June 2 Marsh held a one-hour Webcast, "The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act — How to safely conduct international business under increased scrutiny."

Marsh's Bruce Belzak, leader of our Life Sciences Practice, and Kroll's Jeff Cramer, Managing Director and Chicago Office Head, led a discussion on FCPA and the UK Bribery Act and current prosecution trends.  They also provided best practices for risk analysis and compliance plans.
