Marsh announced today that Eugene “Tripp” Sheehan, a 19-year veteran of the firm, has been appointed US Financial Institutions Practice Leader. In his new role, Mr. Sheehan will be responsible for ensuring that Marsh consistently delivers industry-leading products and solutions to its wide array of financial institution clients.

Since joining Marsh in 1993, Mr. Sheehan has held a variety of positions within the firm’s financial and professional liability (FINPRO) practice advising numerous banking, capital markets, asset management, and insurance company clients. Most recently, he served as Marsh’s US Directors and Officers Liability (D&O) Practice Leader. He began his career in 1986 as a D&O underwriter for Chubb.
