Further developing Marsh’s deep experience in serving the high net worth market, Marsh today announces the appointment of Alice 
Cameron as West Zone Leader of Marsh Private Client Services (PCS) and Susan Ott as San Francisco PCS Office Leader.
In her new role, Ms. Cameron is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Marsh PCS operations in its Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle offices and reports to Lisa Lindsay Karanfilovic, U.S. leader of Marsh Private Client Services. Ms. Ott, who is responsible for the San Francisco PCS office, reports to Ms. Cameron.
For more than 30 years, Marsh Private Client Services has provided personal insurance and risk management advice and solutions to individuals and families with significant wealth. Its clients include many members of the Forbes 400 list of the wealthiest Americans.

Ms. Cameron has 22 years of insurance industry experience as a broker, high net worth client advisor, and underwriter. She rejoins Marsh PCS from Fireman’s Fund Insurance, where she was a vice president responsible for marketing and corporate communications. She began her career at Safeco Insurance in 1990 as an personal lines underwriter before originally joining Marsh PCS in 2003.
Ms. Ott has 25 years of experience as an insurance broker and high-net worth client advisor. Before rejoining Marsh in 2011, she led the personal insurance divisions dedicated to affluent individuals and family offices at both MacCorkle Insurance and Frank Crystal & Company; she previously managed the West Coast offices for PLI, where she established the company’s family office practice. She began her career in 1987 as a client advisor in Marsh’s San Francisco office.
