Our Risk Analyst Program is a two- year program within National Brokerage.  It includes guided online learning and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation combined with on-the-job learning to help accelerate your integration into Marsh. Through the program you will gain technical knowledge of insurance principles and risk management, acquire intelligence of our core business areas and build colleague relationships for support and networking.

Our Summer Risk Analyst Program is a 10-week internship program within National Brokerage designed to give you a birds-eye view into the business.  As part of the program you will participate in Weekly Forums, Community Service Project, local Senior Management Meetings and a group case study.  While on the job, you will work side-by-side with a team of risk professionals to help analyze client accounts and assist with new client development.  You will also have the opportunity to build upon your knowledge of Marsh, while expanding your technical knowledge and improving your professional skills.
